Our client was facing three misdemeanor charges. When things are all said and done, our client will have no criminal record! We were able to get two of the three misdemeanor charges dropped and the other one will be dropped if our client completes six months of probation successfully.
April 5th, 2016
Our client was facing a one-year misdemeanor charge. Our client was nervous and wanted to avoid jail and a suspension of their driver’s license. When things are all said and done, our client will have no criminal record! We were able to get the one-year misdemeanor charge dropped to a 93-day misdemeanor! The 93-day misdemeanor will be eventually dropped if our client completes just six months of probation!
