High-Level Defense: The “2026 Blotter Audit”

Challenging the Lab: Why Every Microgram Matters

“In 2026, LSD cases in West Michigan are won or lost in the lab. We utilize a sophisticated scientific defense:

  • Attacking the ‘Mixture’ Weight: Michigan law often bases penalties on the weight of the ‘mixture’ containing the drug. We challenge the inclusion of the blotter paper’s weight in the legal calculation to keep your charges at the lowest possible level.

  • Forensic Identification: Many substances sold as LSD in 2026 are actually synthetic ‘research chemicals’ like 25I-NBOMe. If the lab results don’t match the specific chemical profile of LSD, the case against you may be legally fundamentally flawed.

  • Constitutional Suppression: If the LSD was found in a backpack or vehicle without a valid search warrant or ‘probable cause,’ we file an immediate Motion to Suppress to have the evidence thrown out.”
